1. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
We use PostNL for all global shipments. When the delivery can't be completed because of your absence, PostNL will drop an information card with further instructions. More info about the forwarder can be found at the following web page: http://www.postnl.com/help-support.
b. Delivery time
The delivery time varies per country, for an indication of the delivery time we refer to the following web page of the forwarder: http://www.postnl.com/Images/transit-delivery-times_tcm19-22834.pdf.
All orders will be shipped from the Netherlands, unless stated otherwise.
We offer packages to the forwarder on business days only. We try to offer orders placed before 11AM (local time The Netherlands) to the forwarder on the same business day except customized items. Customized items will have a notification about the increased delivery time in the item discription.
c. Delivery address
You may supply a delivery address that is different from the standard account (invoice) address. This address can be selected in the checkout phase of an order and will be stored in the customers account for future use.
You receive shipping confirmation by email, including a track & trace number. With this number you can trace the location of your order at any time after shipment. For further questions please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
The shipping costs are dependent on the destination, weight and the service of choice. Shipping costs are calculated in the checkout phase of the order.
Grimm Audio carries no responsibility for loss or damage during shipment. In case a shipment gets lost, you are required to inform Grimm Audio about this fact within 16 business days after the shipment has been sent. Grimm Audio will then assist in helping to trace the package via the PostNL service. In the checkout phase of a purchase you may buy an insurance to cover (part of) the cost in the unlikely event that the package is lost but can not be found.
g. Cancellation costs
Grimm Audio charges no cancellation costs.
If (part of) an order is not available from stock, you will be informed about this in the 'Shopping Cart' section of the checkout phase. You may then agree to place a pre-order by pressing the 'Checkout' button on the Shopping Cart page. We will inform you about the expected delivery time by e-mail.
