Dutch magazine Music Emotion published a review of the LS1a in their ’summer edition’. Reviewer Jan de Jeu is very enthusiastic about the LS1a and its concept: “the Grimm Audio LS1a is an active loudspeaker system that plays in the highest league. Both with the technology and with a musical and truthful playback. And that at a budget price. For the money I cannot assemble a system of separate components and cables that performs at this level.” Before this conclusion Jan writes about a series of songs he played in various music styles, and that moved him strongly: “phenomenal!”
