At the High End Munich show 2023 we introduce our brand new MU2 music streamer to the audiophile audience. The MU2 is a sister product of our famous MU1. It offers the same functionality with integrated Roon Labs Core and End Point, but this time it has analog outputs in stead of digital ones.
The built-in converter, baptised Major DAC, is of a groundbreaking discrete design that makes optimal use of our own high precision FPGA board and ultra low jitter clock oscillator. For those interested in the technical backgrounds, please read the tech note about this exciting development. After the DAC, a relay based analog volume control enables the MU2 to become the true ‘hub’ of any classic hifi system for both digital and analog sources.
Please visit us at the High End Munich, from May 18th – 21st, in our demo room E216, Atrium 4.2. We will surprise you with a unique playback setup not like anything else at the exhibit (to be honest, it was not easy to find a playback system that was on a par with the LS1be system that we normally use).
