To help us sustain our continuing growth we have employed new people in all fields: Marketing & Communication, R&D (Software Development) and Production. We love to introduce you to three new members of our team.
Mark Devlaeminck became our senior marketing & communication manager and when contacting Grimm Audio you will very likely come across. Mark has a background in pro audio, where he focused on measurement and sound reinforcement. Mark developed a fascination for loudspeakers when his father brought home a test speaker from Philips. He has been lecturer audio engineering at Fontys University of Applied Arts Tilburg and product manager at Bosch for public address. In part time he continues to design bespoke solutions and noise control for clubs and hospitality venues. Mark enjoys the silence between sounds and the magic of a well-designed space.
Paco Lee joined our software development team. Currently he is developing the UC1 PC remote control, which is in high demand by UC1 users. Paco was drawn to programming from a young age, inspired by watching his uncle bring ideas to life through code. This passion led to pursuing a degree in software development and, after graduating, he was thrilled to join the Grimm Audio team. Paco loves to add great value, is always eager to learn and bring fresh ideas to the table. He enjoys cooking for his loved ones, channeling the same creativity and care into the kitchen as into his coding.
Andrius Kulikauskas quickly became an indispensable assembly worker in our production team. He is highly motivated to deliver the highest quality products. Since receiving a portable cassette player from his father in the 90s, when he was a teenager, music got a special place in his heart. As years went by and technologies changed rapidly, his favourite music changed from Rock to Drum & Bass and the cassette player was replaced with professional DJ equipment. Andrius worked as a DJ at various night clubs and underground rave parties, responding with a choice of music styles and sound effects to the mood of the audience. This taught him that music is not only a form of art, but it connects people, music heals.
